Which tools are free?
Tools marked Free run in your browser without paid processing credits. AI processing requires purchased credits.
Do PDF tools use credits?
Standard browser PDF tools use zero credits. AI summary, translation and book drafts use 10 credits per request.
How do monthly plans work?
Starter, Creator, Pro and Studio renew monthly until canceled. Monthly credits do not roll over.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes. Packs cost €19.99, €49.99 or €99.99 without changing your subscription.
Do subscription credits expire?
Yes. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the monthly billing period.
Will you charge for a credit pack automatically?
No. Each extra credit purchase requires confirmation. A saved payment method does not authorize unrequested purchases.
How do I cancel?
Use your billing portal when available or send a Payments and billing request through Contact.
Can I save my card?
Where available, Stripe offers secure payment-method saving with your consent. EditSpry does not store full card details.
Which payment methods are supported?
Eligible cards and wallets are shown by Stripe Checkout based on your country, device and merchant availability.
Why is registration unavailable?
Email and social sign-in need the identity provider to be activated. ChatGPT sign-in remains available.
How do I remove an image background?
Choose Photos & images, select Background remover, upload your image and check the displayed credit cost before processing.
Can I turn a photo into a video?
Photo motion creates a gentle browser-based camera movement. AI image-to-video creates generated motion and requires credits.
Can I transcribe a YouTube or Facebook video?
Upload a video or audio file you have permission to use. Direct downloading from a social link is not supported.
Can I convert PDF to Word and back?
Yes. Current browser conversions preserve selectable text, not complex original page layouts. Scanned text needs OCR.
Can I modify a signed PDF?
You can edit a copy after acknowledging that changes can invalidate the original digital signature. No signature certification is provided.
Where are my files processed?
Browser tools process files on your device. Connected AI tools upload input to the configured processing provider.
How do I delete uploads?
Open My library and delete the file. Provider retention is separate; see Privacy for details.
What if a paid job fails?
Definite provider failures refund the reserved credits once. Contact support for an interrupted job with an unknown outcome.
How do I report a problem?
Use Contact and include the tool, approximate time and job or payment reference. You receive a unique ticket number. Never send passwords or card details.
